BIO:
Mark has a broad-based civil litigation practice involving workers’ compensation law, labor and employment law, municipal/public official liability, professional liability, transportation and trucking litigation, premises liability, personal injury, subrogation and insurance defense. He has substantial trial experience in both state and federal Courts.
Mark was born in Portland, Maine. He graduated summa cum laude from Cheverus High School in 1977, and graduated from Bowdoin College in 1981 with a BA in Economics and Government. While attending Bowdoin, he spent a semester at the Institute of European Studies in London, England and a semester at The American University in Washington, D.C. He graduated from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1984. He joined Thompson & Bowie, LLP the same year and was elected partner in 1990.
He is a frequent speaker at seminars and training sessions for attorneys and insurance professionals on workers’ compensation, employment law, premises liability and trial practice.
Mark was selected for inclusion on the 2007 and 2008 New England Super Lawyers list in the field of Personal Injury Defense. |
