BIO:
Sarah joined Thompson & Bowie, LLP as an associate in 2009. She practices in the areas of civil litigation, insurance defense, and professional liability with an emphasis on legal malpractice and disciplinary claims.
Sarah was born in Portland, Maine and is a graduate of Cape Elizabeth High School. She graduated from Bowdoin College in 2005 with a B.A. in Government and Legal Studies and Russian. While attending Bowdoin, she was a Sarah and James Bowdoin Scholar. She spent a semester studying Russian at the Nevsky Institute of Language and Culture in St. Petersburg, Russia and a semester studying Government and Legal Studies in London, United Kingdom.
Sarah earned her J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law in 2008. While a student, she worked as a law clerk at Thompson & Bowie from 2006 to 2008 and as a Student Attorney at the Cumberland Legal Aid Clinic in 2008.
Sarah resides in Cape Elizabeth with her husband, Daniel. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys traveling, boating, studying Russian, and playing the flute and piano. |
