Paul's practice in Maine and New Hampshire focuses on professional liability, products liability, food and medical device claims as well as workers' compensation and employment issues. Paul's clients rely on him for the decades of experience he has in identifying and advising on risk management concerns, counseling individuals and businesses on licensing and compliance, and negotiating favorable resolutions to multifaceted matters.

Paul has represented individuals, businesses and insurance companies in state and federal court bench and jury trials, arbitrations, administrative and workers compensation hearings, licensing board proceedings, mediations and appeals in both Maine and New Hampshire.

Paul has been involved in the field of insurance defense since graduating from Cornell University with a B.A. in Government. He initially worked as a claims representative and supervisor while attending Suffolk University Law School, where he graduated cum laude

Paul is active in CLM, DRI, and is Maine's Past President to the Tri- State Defense Lawyers Association as well as its former Chairperson. He also serves as a trail steward for Portland Trails and is the past president and an advisory board member of the Wayside Soup Kitchen.
