About:
David practices in the areas of professional liability, property and casualty defense, and commercial litigation. David defends design professionals, attorneys, health care providers, and nursing homes in malpractice cases before state and federal courts. He also defends professionals before licensing and disciplinary boards. David also represents individuals and businesses in commercial litigation and contract matters.

Prior to joining Thompson Bowie & Hatch LLC, David defended professionals in malpractice litigation in Vermont for nearly 20 years where he engaged in significant trial and appellate work.

David graduated from George Washington University in Washington, D.C., earning a B.A. from its Elliott School of International Affairs. David earned his J.D. from New York Law School.
