About:
Tamra's practice includes all aspects of civil litigation in both state and federal law, with a focus on professional liability, products liability, and insurance defense.

Prior to joining Thompson Bowie & Hatch, Tamra work for a small litigation firm in Portland, Maine. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maine School of Law in 2020. While a student at Maine Law she served as the Managing Editor of the Maine Law Review. Additionally, during law school she practiced as a student attorney at the Cumberland Legal Aid Clinic, assisting incarcerated clients with a variety of legal issues, and served as a teaching assistant for the Legal Research and Writing Program. Tamra also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Kermit V. Lipez of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit during her third year. She was the recipient of the ALI-CLE Scholarship and Leadership Award.

Tamra was born and raised in coastal Maine and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maine, Orono. She now lives in the Portland area and enjoys golfing, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
