About:
Emily joined Thompson Bowie & Hatch as an associate in 2023. She focuses her practice on workers' compensation matters. Prior to joining the firm, Emily worked for a local personal injury firm in Portland, Maine. She graduated cum laude from the University of Maine School of Law in 2014. As a student at Maine Law, she served on the editorial board of the Maine Law Review, worked for the Corporation Counsel for the City of Portland, and for the Maine Human Rights Commission. Emily was the recipient of the Maine Association for Public Interest Law fellowship for her work in the Employment Unit of Greater Boston Legal Services.

Emily was born in Argentina but was raised in central Maine and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Middlebury College. She now lives in Westbrook, Maine, with her husband and two children. She enjoys running, Nordic skiing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
