About:
Len joined Thompson and Bowie, LLP in 2010. After graduating from the University of Maine School of Law, Len served as a law clerk to Chief Justice Vincent L. McKusick and Associate Justice Charles A. Pomeroy of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court. He was a partner at Thompson, McNaboe, Ashley & Bull from 1979-1994 and a shareholder at Tompkins, Clough, Hirshon & Langer, P.A. from 1994-2010.
Len has served as a member of the Yarmouth Planning Board, and on the board of various non-profit organizations. He currently serves as chairman of the United States District Court Local Rules Advisory Committee.
Len has been recognized for his work as an admiralty and maritime attorney in Super Lawyers of New England, The Best Lawyers in America, and Chambers, USA. He has been involved with maritime matters throughout the United States and in England, where he served as an expert on U.S. maritime law.
